The popular German tourism magazine fvw wrote about the change in Alanya in its last issue. The editor Birgit Quandt, used Mayor Hasan Sipahioglu’s statement “Alanya will be the quality center” and “Alanya is entirely a holiday center” as headline. 

Besides Mayor Hasan Sipahioglu, Birgit Quandt also interviewed with the tourism agencies and used the headline “Alanya is entirely a tourism center.” Publishing also the interview with Mayor Hasan Sipahioglu, Quandt wrote out the Alanya Municipality’s operations and organizations.
